1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (https://www.serenepro.in), booking a tour, purchasing a Day Pass, or entering into a private cabin or desk membership agreement with TRIPURAMKARI PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LLP (“SerenePro”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Workspace Use & Code of Conduct

To foster a collaborative, productive, and serene environment for all members:

• Professional Decorum: All members and guests must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards fellow occupants and staff.
• Noise Levels: Common lounge areas and open desk spaces require moderate noise levels. Phone and video calls must be conducted in designated phone booths, meeting rooms, or private cabins.
• Facility Care: Ergonomic chairs, desks, meeting room displays, and pantry appliances must be used with due care.
• Security: Keycards and biometric access credentials are non-transferable. Visitors must be signed in at reception.

3. Network & Internet Usage Policy

SerenePro provides enterprise-grade high-speed Internet connectivity. Members agree not to utilize the network for unlawful activities, unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, network attacks, or excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades service for others.

4. Billing, Payments & Cancellation

• Monthly Memberships: Invoiced in advance on a monthly basis. Payment must be cleared by the due date specified on the tax invoice.
• Day Passes: Payable prior to or upon arrival at the premises and valid for the single operating day selected.
• Notice Period: Dedicated cabin cancellations or modifications require a minimum 30-day written notice prior to the start of the subsequent billing cycle, subject to individual membership contract terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

While SerenePro maintains 24/7 CCTV surveillance and controlled premises access, members are responsible for securing their personal belongings, laptops, and confidential business property. SerenePro is not liable for loss or damage to member possessions left unattended.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or services provided by SerenePro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
